How to Stay Warm

The Best Hot Chocolate in the World

1/3 c water
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
4 c milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Combine water, cocoa, sugar, and salt together on the stove. When hot, add milk and vanilla. Stir frequently until desired temperature. Makes 4-6 servings.
