SOMEONE locked the door and closed it from the outside. I wonder who it could be, possibly WILLIAM? The hanger in the tiny whole didn't work so well. I took apart my compass and attached Claire's string to one of the parts. I stuck the compass part under the door and pulled the string up so it pushed in this little metal part in between the two screws:
Another mystery solved by the amazing Emma. Now I just have to figure out how to put my compass back together...
